We had a cold shower every day, toilets didn’t work and they had no maintenance on property, house keeping never cleaned our room no clean towels even, breakfast was frozen food to warm up in the microwave. The rooms stunk and the carpets were dirty, outside property was ran down!!!

The room was very old. Smelled the age. Bottom of bathroom door had no laminate and was peeling. The internet was slow. Front counter lady mush be new to her job. I had to wait for her to figure out if our room was ready. The shower got only at best slightly above a polar plunge. Over $300 for 2 nights not worth it. We could have stayed at Motel 6 for similar accommodations.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The facility was dirty and in poor condition. First room had no working heat or TV. They cheerfully move us to another room. That room was filthy and the toilet leaked during the night and flooded the bathroom. I took pictures if you want to see. I’ve stayed at the Red Lion numerous times and never had an experience like this. We checked out and didn’t stay the second night

The first room, the heat and tv didn"t work and the staff couldn't correct it. Moved to new room where these two issues were fine. But in the morning NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER. For Nearly $200/per night, I'm pissed and will never stay at a Red Luon again.

Terrible Customer Service

The room was advertised as large enough to sleep 5 adults. I booked the room for me, my fiance, my 75 year old father, and my 13 year old daughter. We most assuredly needed 3 beds. There were two queen beds in the room and only two bath towels. No hideaway bed or anywhere else to sleep. Absolutely NOT enough sleeping room for 5 adults. I requested to speak with the manager twice and no one ever attempted to get back to me. I requested more towels, never received them. Front desk seemed annoyed that I was complaining about only two bath towels for 4 guests. It wasn't until I checked out that I was finally able to speak to the manager. She told me there was nothing she could do about what Hotels.com has listed on their site. Absolutely ZERO accountability and 100% lack of care. Trashy customer service.
