The welcoming attitude from staff makes all the difference. When going out for the day and upon returning to the hotel, Staff always makes sure you are recognized with genuine pleasant comments. Bravo for customer service!!

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful . The room itself was clean; however, getting off the elevator the entire floor smelled musty and dirty. The carpet is extremely old and nasty . The staff was the only pleasant thing about this Hotel. I will not be booking here again.

The front office staff were very welcoming & helpful. It was so nice to be welcomed with a smile everytime you returned. The associate would say welcome back with a big friendly smile & ask about your day. Our room was nice but is starting to show its age. The breakfast was good & the bathroom in the lobby & reception area were beautiful.

The staff was wonderful. From the front desk to the breakfast crew to the housekeeping, everyone was friendly, helpful and very sweet. Traveling just me and my teen daughter, we felt extremely safe in the hotel. I like that the doors lock at night. Everything was clean and fresh looking. We very much enjoyed our stay. I will be staying here again on our next visit to Charleston.
