I loved the whole hotel vibe the new pinky’s on the beach restaurant was just opening day I left so excited for my next visit Pool should open earlier then 10am in morning thou when on vacay everyone wakes up n starts day early n would have loved to get in pool earlier then 10am N lobby restaurant n bar stay open later then 11pm

The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade - our room and the pool made us consider leaving and finding an alternate stay because they just didn’t look clean at all. The hotel definitely shows its age. I will say - the staff was absolutely amazing and made the stay worthwhile! They were ALL extremely nice and accommodating!!!

Great location to beach. Beach area well kept. Outside Blu bar/dining with live music on Saturday was nice. The room had great ocean view and was adequate. The pool area was smaller. Needed more seating. Had a nice poolside bar/drinks.

The staff at Tides were very friendly and helpful I did have an issue that I called down to the front desk about. There was a dog barking all night long and howling, staff said they could check it out but there was nothing they could do about it. My issue is if I am paying $400 a night to stay in a room I should not have to listen to a dog bark and howl. My stay should be as important as the irresponsible pet ownerswho brought their dog to the hotel and left it in the room by itself. They do need to put fans in the bathrooms. There was so much humidity in the bathroom. The ceiling was dripping water. There was also mold on our curtain in the room from the air conditioner There was four of us that stayed in our room. There were only three towels left each day so we would go down and get extra towels and then housekeeping would come in and take those extra towels so we had to go back to the front desk and get towels again They could definitely do some updating to the property

We didn’t like that the phone in our room didn’t work. We told the front desk and they said a storm blew everything out a few weeks ago and that they are trying to get it working We did like the beautiful view from our room Also the staff were friendly and helpful.

Complaints about bathroom condition. Look behind bath door…needs a paint job. Ceiling in shower looks like there is mildew. Someone should complete chalking the corner unit in shower. Why is shower floor making squishy sounds? Bed was comfortable, ac worked well.

Beautiful location,friendly staff. I’m not sure if we got a subpar room because we booked through a 3rd party app but our tub facet was in disrepair and leaked continuously, and there was rusted hinges, trim, vents & rusty dust all on the trim behind the door.The caulk around the tub was fresh but poorly done. The really heavy lifeguard umbrella was unsecured & flew around 25ft & hit my daughter while she was sunbathing. Outside of that, everything thing else was great.
