Saved a lot of money using Hotels.com!!!

I tried to call and see what discounts were available to verify I was getting the best rate and the room was going for about $350 a night with a discount. Hotels beat that by over $200 a night LESS than a call for a vacant room late on the night of booking. The room was clean, the extra seating and table was nice, along with the kitchen and utensils for cooking in the room! I also liked the large walk in shower!

The clerk at the front desk was very nice. I guess you get showed love on day shift because the afternoon and night shift don’t even care nor acknowledge you. Our room had a little musty smell and the shower curtains were nasty but overall the room was okay.

Nice stay, but.....

The stay was good with the exception of loud music from some venue outside on Saturday night. Not the hotels fault, but took off one star because of the obnoxious noise until 1:00am.

The staff was smoking and talking outside of my window day and night. I could hear them and smell the smoke in my room. There was also deposit added that was not disclosed while booking that has not been returned to me.

Great room size for the price range, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. 12pm checkout was also a huge plus. Only complaint is, sometimes the window didn't seem to block much noise. Potentially making it a little noisy for some being close to the interstate.

Okay stay, no EV charger as was in listing

Our room was clean and the hotel seems new. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. However, the carpet in our room needs streching as there were parts of the carpet that were lumpy. And the listing says their is an EV charger. They do not have one and when asked we were told to use one at a neighboring hotel, which did have a charger that didnt work. I think the listing should be changed to remove it as an amenity.

Property itself was clean. Employees were kind. The beds were comfortable. Loved the breakfast and free washing machines and dryers. Only con was it’s very close to the highway and it’s quite noisy with cars and sirens all night.
