We’ve stayed at a lot of Tru by Hilton’s and this is by far the worst. The hotel is dirty, the front desk is rude and the room has roaches.

Property was across street from North Charleston Coliseum, which was great. Saved us lots of money on Ubers. Hotel was just average. Nothing bad, nothing special. Location was best part as we were going to shows at NCC.

The hotel was very close to th highways, shopping and restaurants were all a few blocks away. The Staff were the best helpful and friendly can’t say enough about the hotel and staff and location.
