Being close to the airport is the positive for this property. Other than that it was subpar. Rooms were dormitory style (no carpet) and were cheaply furnished. In a jam, it's OK.

Would easily stay again

It was good. The blinds were not complete, room was to bright at night. Had to ask for towels. The room has soap, shampoo and lotion. Snacks and beverages available to buy at check in desk. Ice machine and water available. Exercise room. Indoor pool. Clean room. Walls are thin as far as voices carrying. Self serve breakfast was fantastic. Pleasant staff.

I liked that breakfast varied a little everyday. I have a gluten allergy. I was very pleased to see that Tru hotel offers Udis individually wrapped gluten free bagels every morning.

I just had a major surgery and came here so i wouldnt have to drive straight back home afyer surgery which was over a 100mi away. One of the staff members Ben went above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable by escorting me to my room and helping me get in bed and gave me additional pillows without me having to ask. Very professional and assisting. The room was spacious as i required disability acessible room however there should be an additional drain to capture water from shower because it gets all on the floor.

The rates are cheap for a reason

Upon arriving we noticed we only had two towels in our bathroom for 3 people. No washcloths or hand towels. We had to ask for additional towels/washcloths throughout our stay as we did not get any housekeeping services during our 5 day stay (not by our choice). Additionally, there is a $25 per day incidental fee that was charged to my card at the beginning of check-in that is not mentioned in the booking. To top things off one night consisted of music that went on well after midnight in the hotel parking lot. So loud I could hear word for word the lyrics to every song played. It was apparent hotel staff didn't care about other guests trying to sleep.

Hotel is esthetically pleasing, check in process was good. Roaches were in the bathroom we had to change rooms the second room had a horrible urine smell the 3rd room was fine. Breakfast didnt have many options and didn’t taste good at all. Getting towels was a hassle as if they don’t have many in the hotel, staff who brought the towels to our room was rude about not handing over the clean towels until having the used towels handed to him first. The pool was nice, and the other staff members were friendly.
