Sofa bed not good!

We got a king bed, which was excellent. The mattress is great then we had to pull out sofa that did not work making it very difficult for my adult daughter to sleep. It was dirty stained, but it did not stay put together so she ended up crunched up in the sofa part which was a Two seater sofa

Not great at all

The front desk employees were not friendly, could care less about guest comfort and were probably the worst Comfort Inn employees I've ever experienced. Saturday night they had a private function which took up majority of the front parking and the entire hotel and rooms smelled of curry for hours. Bathroom had mold and was old...the hotel is in need of a total gut job and not just a band-aid renovation. I would not stay here again.

Booked through Expedia. Wrong date for 1 night stay. Front desk manager was rude and refused to help us in any way tried to correct the date and pay additional for that evening. She refused. Expedia made repeated attempts to correct the error on our behalf. Manager refused and charged us for a night we never got to use. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel stay. Will never book with Comfort Inn again!!

Did not respond to my emails, then charged my card after prepayment. No laundry as the machines are broke. Changed the shower head to a softer spray and mold flew out.
