This property was pretty amazing for the price! The breakfast was delicious and pretty good considering the price for the room. They had eggs every morning and some type of meat biscuits and sausage gravy. They also had your usuals like cereal and waffles and breads toast and bagels. The pool water was a little cold but that was really about the only bad thing about my stay.

Very clean and nice rooms. Staff were very nice and the pet friendly rooms were located on the 1st floor by the exits, which made taking your pet outside to use the bathroom convenient. Hotel is located near many restaurants and shopping locations as well.

We arrived an hour and a half after our reservation time, to find that they didn’t even have our room ready. We waited, no biggie. Get to the room, signs of bed bugs on bed. We hesitantly agreed to a room switch. Switched to a different room, actual bed bugs!!! We left immediately.

We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was good, only thing I could say is that you can easily hear neighbors nearby and room could've been cleaned a little better, floors seem like they were half swept and found 1 or 2 screws on the floor where we could've stepped on one. But other than that it was a pretty good stay and the staff was very friendly! Will look forward to checking in again soon!

Staff when checking in was rude and not friendly she also didn’t want anyone using the Pool when asked if it was closed the next day they had no knowledge of it being closed at anytime she did not greet us the first thing out her was Drivers License not Hello How are you nothing the check out Staff was pleasant to do business with. We checked in after 4pm.

Overall we had a great nights rest. Our bedroom could use some repairs. The wall by the bath tub needs repairs and the bath tub is very slippery. The floor has deep scratches. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

THEY DO NOT HAVE CRIBS

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was decent as well. If you have a short stay, this place is fine. HOWEVER despite their website/listing saying they have cribs...they do not!!! We are on a road trip specifically booking places with cribs. The description quite explicitly says they offer cribs. I called the front desk to have one sent up and she told me they don't have cribs. I said, the description online clearly says you do. She replied, "Yeah everyone says that." So then I asked for extra pillows to try and make a border around my one-year-old on the sofa bed. She said they don't have extra pillows. I know this situation was unique, but I still belief it justifies docking stars. Change the listing description so parents aren't blindsided by lacking a safe place for their baby to sleep!!! Also, in what world does a reputable hotel chain not give you extra pillows.

Family trip with a pet.

Our stay was good. Only problem is if you have a pet coming with you be prepared to get a $75 charge for the pet. That they dont charge if you pay online.
