Nice staff, great view, perfect location, could use some better up keep as jacuzzi tub jets were dirty…. Hole in screen door to patio.. but over all a good stay. Recommend for a trip to Michigan.

I actually loved the area, absolutely beautiful view! I got a flat with 2 beds in opposite rooms, only one room got AC, but thats being picky. The things that made me give low stars was, the front desk ladies, absolutely awesome, there was two that gave a smile every pass, though the rest of the staff, no smiles no hellos. The room had alot of dust all over the furniture wo the room was lightly cleaned not fully, they changed the sheets and did a vacuum and toiletries. The shower pipes made a very loud squeel when the water was on and with a family of 4, that sound got annoying. Again i didnt hate my visit, it was just disappointing, I will say this the beach area was quite nice for relaxing.

Made a last-minute reservation and the price was amazing for the quality of the hotel. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite room with a balcony overlooking Lake Huron. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities.

We loved Hamilton. Super clean. Close to all the restaurants and shops (walkable). Very close to Arnold Ferry to Mackinack Island. The parking lot is right next-door so you can walk there and not have to pay for parking. The hotel also offers a small discount for the ferry as well. Our room had a quaint balcony that faced the lake. No complaints.

Hotel from the outside looks great, and when you enter the lobby received by a friendly staff, and the hotel smells good. That’s the end of the positives. The carpet is really dirty, the rooms are way outdated, and mattress is probably as old as the hotel. Breakfast was terrible (very limited options). At the check out, if you don’t return two keys, you get fined. Overall, a bad experience, and wouldn’t recommend

I hate giving a bad review let me start off by saying the reason I gave a two was the staff was great and accommodating. But the hotel and the room smelled so bad I don't know if it was mold or what but we had to go by febreze so that we could even stand to stay in our room. The pool and jacuzzi area was not to bad. The breakfast was not great. They had the same thing every day ham, scrambled eggs and pancakes. They did have a waffle maker which I used most of the time they had bagels and stuff. Pros it is close to everything and the beds were pretty comfortable but no I would not stay here again!
