we booked this thinking we could use pool and hot tub. come to find out hot tub been closed since October. we wont be back. the person {male} at night desk very good. the lady in am when checking out poor. the staff next to her went out to her car and was smoking pot. we are nor interested in any of this.

Its very dirty needs a face lift thats for sure. Was not worth the money they charged to stay there. I asked for a refund back. But of course there excuse is they couldnt because of third party. Which is wrong since i payed right at property. Also said i couldnt pay cash when i did check in. Same excuse. Also never let us know hot tub in pool area wasnt working either. Which if it would have been im sure we would.of not used it. Since the pool itself didn't look clean. Ice machine was gross. Cant believe anyone be proud to work there or stay there. *_*

Me and my boyfriend decided to do a little weekend getaway with our pup and I would honestly give it a 10/10!! The only downside was that the hair dryer didn’t work in our room but other than that it was a great stay for a good price !!

The room rate increased by over 50.00 due to a hockey tournament in the area. Staff weren’t interested in helping and no manager available when I requested one twice. The walls in the bedroom were caked with dust.

Good clean pet friendly place.

Price was good. Room was clean. Temperature of the room was hot all the time even if we turned the heat down. Bathroom was clean. Hot tub in the room was huge but the jets were worn out and they sprayed erratically. Breakfast was very good. Pillows were oddly short. Overall i would come back.

The rooms were nice however the spa/hot tub is permanently out of commission. There was no hot water for showering. When I asked the desk I was told that it had been out for 4 days. How long does it take to make a repair? Disappointed. Will not hook there again.

This is a very old hotel that needs updating. The room was damp and musty and I was given a handicap accessible room, which I was not expecting. There was hair in the bed, so I don’t know that the sheets had been changed. The check in process was ok, but definitely lacking professional customer service. I stayed in town to be close to work due to the snow storm, the parking lot had been plowed by 6am, so that was the nicest part of this experience.
