No one was at the libby for early check out. I even called the lobby while in the lobby, along with anoth guest. No one answered. The pool was dirty, even moldy steps and what looked like a diaper in it. And the bathroom is extremely small. The welcoming staff was nice very nice though!

Our room was very clean, shower was amazing. Coffee downstairs was really good. Our air conditioning was not great, couldn't really get our room as cool as we'd like. The elevator smelled like burning electrical, told the staff, they were unconcerned! Other than that everything was good.

Love the wood floors instead of carpet in most hotels. The room smelled fresh like a natural scent instead of chemical cleaners like other hotels. That’s a big deal to me and the HVAC unit is quiet and works well. I would always suggest updating the bathroom a little bit.

The pool was really cold and had a lot of stuff floating, wasn’t very clear. Bathroom in the room was visibly dirty and had a mildew odor - we could tell it was barely, if at all, wiped down. Neither plug ins in the lamp worked. The faucet in the sink area was extremely powerful and sprayed us and everywhere around the sink when we turned it on. Hidden $20 pet fee *per night* upon check in. Overall very unimpressed with the stay for the price we payed.

This is the 2nd stay at this hotel ande andy family are always delighted at the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. The breakfast is the standard yet decent. I co.r to visit my family in Carbondale frequently and this is our new go to stay.

The room had a humid smell when we walked in. Smelled old and rancid. The carpet was dirty, furniture was old and paint was chipped. The rooms could definitely use a face lift.

Spiders dang spiders!!!!!! I am terrified of spiders and had to call front desk about someone to remove them. I can’t use the shower now bc of that. Hopefully there won’t be anymore tonight. I don’t feel safe here. As soon as I got out of my car I was asked for money by some man on a bike. The room looks like it’s been through hell. Patches and peeling of the walls. The outlets on the lamps were removed or outdated. Floating headboards work better when they are centered over the bed, if you can call it a bed. It was falling apart. Drawers dont close all the way. The building itself is humid and had a musky smell. the elevator smelled like burned wires. I spent like $200 for a room for the night. Not worth it. Best western has forever lost my business. I have pictures for examples if needed.
