Nice for a night, but very thin walls

Our neighbors came in after our very tired family had hit the hay, and while it technically wasn't at "quiet hours" it was after 8 pm, and they were so loud it literally startled us all awake. We could even hear their conversations almost perfectly clear through the walls later into the night. It didn't lead to a very relaxing evening. The front desk employee apologized but promptly dismissed our alert to the noise. Pillows were very comfy. Fitness center room was stiflingly hot.

Good location, ice machine only working on 3rd floor. 1st floor side door not working, and toaster did not work. I stay at these locations numerous times per year and always had a pleasant stay. Maybe just a bad weekend for broken things. Always very clean and safe place to stay.

The property is very clean and I think the updates of it are nice and cozy. I think some attention should be brought to the television access of the channels. The guide was not accessible and had a “current date” on it of 10/31/24. There were several channels that you could not access and many that were blurry or unwatchable. Overall we will be back. We had a nice stay.
