Beds were very comfortable & it was fine for the one night we needed. Room was mostly clean looking. Bathroom was dirty behind the door however, & the room had a musty smell when we walked in.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean except for the shower had used soap and a toothbrush in it. No elevator so had to carry luggage up steps. Breakfast was ok with waffles and microwavable burritos. Good location close to national park and lots of restaurants.

Disappointed

The check in was fine. Our room was at the end of the hall and from 5am on all you heard were semi trucks idling in the lot. The room smelled like body odor. Breakfast had very little. They were out of all fruit and had literally 4 fruit loops left in the dispenser; left no options for my toddler. Bed was comfy if I could have slept pass 5am.

Was a super late check in but was greeted very politely and quickly. Staff was very friendly. However our bedroom floor was sticky and shower/bathroom floor had a puddle of water between toilet and shower and there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. That was disgusting, but at 230am, we just dealt with it.

Bedbugs! We were very discrete in bringing it to their attention. We asked for one of our three rooms to be refunded to offset the cost of spending 3 hours at the laundromat cleaning out clothes, luggage etc. That was on the 4th of July. So far, nothing.

The staff was great and really the place itself was fine - it’s exactly what you’d expect in this price range. Location - in terms of being close to the Dunes/beach is what sold it for us. The one downside - everything was damp in our room. Clothes were damp and even books and papers we had with us were literally visibly affected. Not sure why/how, but that wasn’t the best.

Fabulous - warm & friendly welcome, clean room, great window blackout curtains, comfy bed, topped off by a good breakfast! Heat your own turkey sausage burrito and waffles! Definitely a great value!

Room was dirty with a clogged sink. Breakfast was less than desired. Coffee was put out cold as ice until someone complained. Towels that were placed in room had a smell of curry. Called to try and get in 1 hour before check in and they could not accommodate because rooms were not cleaned yet, only to check in and have our rooms dusty, stains on floor and bathtub with sand in it.

Although it is an older building, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but it functioned fine. The coffee was quite weak and the breakfast wasn't anything special. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy.
