I love this property very quiet and it's convenient to the shopping center and if you want other food it's connected to an IHOP you don't have to go out in the elements

Helpless staff informed us after we payed our deposit and service fees that there was no elevator and that we had to carry all of our luggage up 5 flights of stairs at 2 am . Unhelpful, also there was a dirty spoon in our bed.

The hotel was very clean and attractive. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very nice to my dog. The breakfast was delicious A Step Above what you usually find. The pet friendly room at two double beds in it and they were fine but the heating unit was very loud. The bathtub could have used a safety rail. But overall it was a great stay.
