We enjoyed our stay but My husband left over 800 hundred dollars in jewelry. We were told that they didn’t find them and file a police report. This hotel was good besides jewelry being taken. Make sure you put up your belongings.

The property is located in a very nice and safe area. We had no worries about walking around. Lots of dining options. The staff was wonderful and our room was fantastic

Great location, kind staff but wow... SMOKY!

Hotel is fine, the staff is kind, but the halls just smell like marijuana. It's supposed to be non smoking, but wow... smelled horrible. I stayed here about a year ago and didn't have the same experience, meaning the air was actually clean and fresh. I might opt for it again, but would probably try somewhere else.

Just ok stay

The stay was ok. The location is good. The room on the 14th floor was quiet. They do not equip the room with even basic things like cotton buds. The mirror in my room was not clean. Coffee k cups were not replenished the next day. Overall I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Best room I've ever had at this hotel! I stayed two nights with college friends, checked out of that room, then my husband arrived for the weekend and checked into a different room! Second room, not so good. See that review!

I have stayed here many times and the staff are always wonderful and the rooms clean and feel very new. There were two downsides to this stay: we were given a room with a fire escape as our view; the hotel staff apologized in advance but I felt we could have been given better accommodation given how many times we have stayed. Secondly, a dog barked repeatedly right next to us for 2 hours on Saturday afternoon about 2 pm, again at 11 pm and 5 am. The staff called the owner at 2 pm to tell them to get back to the room and deal with the dog - which the owner did. I am a dog person and know it's dog friendly but this was not ok, and I expected some sort of reduction to my room stay but did not receive anything.
