Room needs some maintenance

Loud A/C unit. Mattress too firm. Hair dryer was useless; a low quality dryer that was full of lint and did not function properly. Gap a bottom of door let light into room from the hallway. Otherwise, the room was acceptable and would have a better rating.

Very Tired Hotel

The toilet barely flushed and my husband had to tie the shower door with a towel to keep it closed while I showered. This hotel is very tired. Good location though. We won’t be coming back.

Nice location, comfortable accomadations

We enjoyed our stay, a quiet location near red line. The lobby cafe was open late and has a nice vibe with quality food and drink. Daily from 5-6 pm, they searved free wine! The room was comfortable(though the light subdued) if the window shades were closed. The staff was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

This tree lined street was cute and safe. The coffee at the bar was wonderful. No need to go anywhere else for coffee. The lobby was quaint and the rooms were clean with a comfortable bed

Property was amazing, staff was outstanding. Only issue we had was the initial room which was booked as a fire place room with a view. Upon seeing the room the view was a fire escape where people were walking up and down the steps. Other then that no complaints.

Very nice, boutique hotel. Walking distance from drug store, shipping store, shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay at this property again. The only negative was there was no alarm clock in the room. But maybe that's standard in hotels now. I only travel about twice a year.
