Absolutely wonderful hotel. Extremely clean rooms ,house keeping is fantastic they deserve 10 stars! I didn’t use the pool but checked it out and very nice! Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a child crying loudly in a nearby room, and at one point the child began banging on our door, which made the situation feel unsettling and almost like a trap. We immediately called the front desk, and they told us they would take care of it. Unfortunately, we never received any follow-up, and nothing was resolved. For the price we paid, we expected better communication, safety awareness, and a more restful experience.

The place was clean but old and not maintained well. Old moldings glued together and fragile bathroom door. Noisy by highway. Had a false fire alarm go off at 5am and nobody bothered to communicate to all if they should evacuate or how long it would take to clear it. The alarm kept going off more times. If you didn't ask the 1 staff in the lobby you knew nothing. We checked out early because the hour of the flashing emergency lights in our room and ongoing fire alarm sounds was unbearable and couldn't sleep there anymore. They wouldn't issue a refund or give a timeline or an apology. Just said to talk to Expedia. Never going back.
