Most hotels have an area where you can purchase food and items like razors, toothpaste, etc., and that's even in many of the less expensive ones. Not here.
If you wanted a coffee outside of breakfast hours, good luck. That would involve a walk to your room to use the coffee machine. Madness.
Some of the rooms had fridges, some didn't. (Guess which one I ended up in) And flushing the commode took 3 tries every single time. I was at a conference, and others had the same experience, so this wasn't unique to my room.
The staff, for the most part, were pleasant, and the room and hotel in general were clean but there's some room for improvement for sure.
