I found this to be a good hotel--clean, good breakfast, safe area, easily accessible, and overall in good condition. The one exception is that the bathtub was in a bit of disrepair (the finish was degrading), but the rest of the room and the building overall were very good. I would recommend it.

We arrived late in the evening and when we first entered our room we pulled back the sheets to find alot of hair all over the bed sheets and on the pillow cases. The same grotesque sight was on both beds! We alerted management, they did apologize and they did replace all the bedwear. By this time, it was very late and just wanted to crash. In the morning we found that the tub was also dirty and had hairs on the shower walls. And the room floor appeared not to have been vacuumed as we found french fries and other food particles in plain sight. This hotel needs to audit their housekeepers, to say the least.

Terrible. The tub had NO drain and was peeling which I’m sure is a building violation. They said on description that they had working washers and dryers, but they DID NOT. I had to wash my work uniform in the sink and blow dry it. The manager Marlin said no refunds when I decided to leave, so now Expedia emailed that they are “chasing” because the hotel never answers the phone.

The bed was comfy. That was the good. The bathroom had mold around the tub and the tub dripped constantly. There were dirty tissues in the corner of the bathroom at the beginning of the stay and the one day they came to clean they never touched it (I denied service also and they came anyway which I’m not a fan of either. Why ask if you still plan to come into my room while I’m gone. I then used the do not disturb sign the rest of the week.) The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and while I was there a guy was loudly and aggressively banging on another door screaming obscenities at the women in the room and telling her to send the guy out she was cheating with. It went on for 40 mins until the cops showed up. As a solo female traveling for work this was very unsettling and I was too scared to leave my room until the yelling and banging stopped. Couldn’t call down to the front desk as their phones were down my whole stay.
