Iliana at the front desk was excellent, our reservation was not in the system and she didn’t turn us away she got on the phone and worked on it til the reservation showed up. It was pouring rain when we wanted to go to the casino and she got the hotel van to take us there and pick us up . The next morning she was up front as cheerful and helpful.

You could do better

Wife and I are both 75 years old and have normal aches and pains for our age. We were assigned the outside building on the second floor. No elevator in the building which required use to drag our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. No fun. Front door to our building had an ant infestation going on, call to front desk did solve this issue. Ants due to overfilled trash can outside. Had to ask for that to be emptied also. Went into indoor hot tub and people with kids and float toys took it over.

Pros: great welcome at reception, a follow up text to make sure everything was ok, tasty free breakfast, decent coffee, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Cons: dirty dishware and cutlery at breakfast - they had styrofoam plates but the cutlery was greasy. Overall - highly recommend

Great last minute stay.

For a last minute reservation this hotel ended up being great. One of the best I have stayed in for awhile and would definitely go back. This area can be hit and miss. I also appreciate the Casita setup of this particular hotel. Breakfast was typical however there was no short supply.

We got there and once we entered the room we immediately heard the smoke alarm beeping constantly. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up to “fix it” well turns out he just hit the hush button because low and behold at 3am in the morning the damn smoke alarm starts beeping again every ten seconds loudly. Called front desk AGAIN and they said all they could do was move us. Well we were exhausted, fully unpacked AND HAD to be on the road by 8:00 for a ten hour drive back home! We should’ve been moved to another room the very first time the alarm went off before we were unpacked. Annoyed

Could have been a bit cleaner. Dishwasher has debris in it. Fan in bedroom is loose. Was hit during our stay and was left a notice by maintenance that we could not run the ac lower than 68 as it would freeze the thermostat. Was a bit of an inconvenience but otherwise was a very nice stay.
