Got 2 rooms for a family getaway. Staff was very nice! Close to everything. Could use a litte updating. Refrigerator and microwave were in the bathroom which isnt convenient and a little odd. Bathrooms were clean..overall happy with our stay.

Chincoteague Inn is not what it appears to be.

Our experience was extremely disappointing Very primitive, like camping basically . Furniture, tables, couch extremely old and uncomfortable. Not even a coffee machine in the room or a clock. No ocean view, no pets 3 floors with no elevator!!!!
I took pictures when we were leaving so they could see we didn’t damage anything

Clean rooms, bright and updated bath fixtures, comfy beds, HVAC fine. Staff was helpful and professional. The room seems to have been updated recently and some details weren't completed. Bathroom door didn't fit properly, access to fridge was blocked by the same door...fridge and m/w were located in the bathroom area altho separated by a half wall. Odd. Overall though, we'd come back.

Clean and updated room. Staff were friendly. It’s in a great location halfway between the beach and main st. Many spots to walk to for food and fun.

For an economic stay, I would rate this property an overall “Good”. Two suggestions, and yes I know you want to hold down costs: 1. The towels are of poor quality. 2. I would suggest installing Boby Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner containers, in the shower, as many properties are beginning to do. In any case you have a nice, well kept property and I enjoyed my stay.

Labor Day Stay

The room we stayed in was updated, bed was comfortable and we had room service everyday. Parking lot is small based on amount of rooms. The hotel is within distance of restaurants and stores. The only issue that we encountered was that on Sunday afternoon the hotel and out front by office smelled of weed. I just felt that it was inappropriate for a hotel to allow it to be done on the property.

Property is older, but well kept. I liked the little screen house out back where you could get ice, plenty of sitting space to sit and have your meals sit and enjoy the weather. Very peaceful area. If there was one thing to improve on coffee maker in the room would be my choice. Staff was very nice.

Cute place! Only stayed two days but it was updated. Only complaint was the tub didn’t hold water which was inconvenient with young kids but not the end of the world. Would still stay again

Room was clean to look at but had an annoying odor. AC was inconsistent waiting until room became stuffy before unit would kick on. No place to hang clothing or store luggage.
