yes i am mad it was a bettle a live one the shower and tub fixtures didnt work we couldnt take a showe well we took one and tub filled up and water wouldnt go down oh my god the fixtures came out the wall everybody else had to wash up I was charged a up front 250 fee up front you fail to mention on my card very inconvience and a surprise no where to parking miles away very inconvience

The room had a lot of dust in it and you could see the dust built up in the floor. One of the lights in the room didn’t work. It wasn’t the cleanest. The staff were great and very pleasant.

Absolutely adore the staff at this property. Everyone has been so kind and professional. My room had a heating issue and the tech came right away to reset/fix it which I really appreciated. There were other issues with the room 412, such as stains on the carpet and couches and tears in the curtains, and black mold on the bedroom and bathroom walls. I really didn’t spend too much time in the hotel room so I wasn’t really bothered by it, but I did bring it up it during checkout just in case someone decides to stay there long-term. Otherwise, I really liked the location and I would stay here again. The breakfast spread is so good in a year. See my excited. Love you a nice

1st I want to say I've not stayed at this place 2 different times. And I can not say it enough each and every one of the staff people were happy, or (at least smiled before you said hello) very helpful finding the pool area for my grandbabies to enjoy some pool time. Pool area , gym really clean, didnt have the chlorine smell real harsh. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have full kitchen ( all but oven ) but microwave works good. The free breakfast has eggs, hashbrowns, ham or sausage, some kind of chicken wrap you can make. The waffle station is a popular area with kids. I would like to see turkey or chicken on there without spices or sauce added to it. But ........... Last and formost if you really want a quiet, relazing, spacious time book here!

The first room I got was freezing cold ;however there was a staff member named KIKI who was very accommodating. She changed my room with out a question and even went to check the new rooms temperature.

The room that we stayed in was very cold and they didn’t fix the issue. We slept in our full clothes for two days. Terrible experience. Front desk clerk at night was very nice but the maintenance department is terrible. They had no knowledge about the issue. And told management that they fix the heat but we took pictures and it was 54 degrees and under the whole time. Management didn’t make any adjustments for us. We won’t be staying here again…

These brackets that are on the bottom of the bed stick out. They are metal. I walked into them and now my leg is bruised and sore. I have pics in my phone & made the front desk aware. The shower was dirty & refrigerator had visible rust.
