This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. My King suite was spacious, spotless and comfortable. On the downside, I was hoping for a quiet room, and that is what I asked for. However, on a Saturday night near Cincinnati there was drag racing on the highway outside. It was quite loud. The breakfast buffet didn’t have anything that I could eat (no cheese or wheat), except for oatmeal, which wasn’t too thrilling. I am a tea drinker, and the water in the carafe was not hot. Plus it tasted like coffee. These are small things, but for these reasons, I probably will not stay here again. Even though it was a beautiful hotel in a great location.

The front desk staff was excellent and helpful. The dining room staff did not offer any help at all. There were no signs to tell you how to get to the pool. The breakfast was not good at all. I would stay again but would plan for breakfast outside the hotel.

We stay here every 2 months because my daughter has to go to Cincinnatti Children's for appts...This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff have literally RUN to get me something I needed right away...The breakfast has a decent variety and the pool area is also very clean! we love it there and will conti ue to make this our go to hotel when we come into town.
