The staff was amazing Jasmine and John who works the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The room was generally clean. Housekeeping was kind and pleasant. The building does not have an elevator and I was on the 2nd floor; the cart was unavailable when I had to change rooms due to a broken toilet. There was no maintenance on site the second time the toilet broke. The key entry to both rooms was a huge challenge. It took multiple times of trying to get the "key" to work, which was very frustrating.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The price is very affordable and the location has a lot of walkability. The parking is the biggest challenge with a very small and tight main lot. And especially challenging when a full size truck camps out and blocks the driveway for 45 minutes…

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect and made it easy to get to our ve ue. The rooftop restaurant was definitely a highlight and had a great atmosphere, beautiful views, and such a fun experience. The decor throughout the hotel was gorgeous and gave the whole place a stylish, welcoming feel. The only downside was the nightly parking fee, which felt pretty steep. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.
