Everything was fine as far as room and staff. Their breakfast was pretty sad. If you like waffles you’re good. No eggs, no breakfast meat and the only fruit was a bowl of oranges. There were muffins and a couple of options for toast. Cold cereal.

Overall was good, stayed only one day of two days paid due to road closure to Sedona. Staff helped to cancel the 2nd day & promised to give the full refund. But he could not offer me any receipt to reflect that. I have to wait 10-12 days when it shows up on my credit card. That was unsettling!?

When first walked in, greated by a smile and a hello from a knowledgeable friendly young man who actually had a conversation with me as i was doing the check-in paperwork. The hotel is older, but clean and well kept. The room was clean and had everything one needs for a nights stay.

Stay close to Sedona

Check in was easy. Staff were courteous and helpful. We were not able to check in early as rooms weren't all ready due a shortage of housekeeping staff. Room was small but efficient for us and clean. No refrigerator or microwave. TV and internet worked fine. Our 1st included breakfast lacked hot items upon arrival but later eggs, sausage, and bacon were provided. On Friday hot items were sausage and bacon...no eggs or potato options which would have been nice for this "no meat" Friday during lent. Overall we never left hungry with breads, muffins, waffles, oatmeal, etc as options. We did extend one night due to weather related road closures and were given a choice of 15% discount or a room upgrade (queen to king suite).
