Overall pretty nice hotel, however the doors on the rooms were so loud when closing. Forget having a nap, that’s a total joke. Friendly staff close to shops

The hotel, staff, and room were all fine. The only downside is having to drive around a Meijer parking lot and onto a road that had had been torn up to get to the hotel. That’s not on the hotel. I really feel the hotel was very good, although somewhat dated. Everything worked well and the staff was excellent.

This was a great Holiday Inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean. I asked for a room that wasn’t facing the freeway and they happily obliged. The parking lot amd facilities were well kept and in nice condition. I will definitely come back.

The room was big and neat until you go in the bathroom look at the bathtub. I reported it to the front desk then was moved into another room that night and I go into the bathroom that bathtub was dirty as well and the refrigerator did not work. I reported it to the front and then was told I would be accommodated due to their mistake but was told later they’re not going to keep their word. Never again wouldn’t even recommend to a blind man.
