We were in town for my mother’s memorial. I booked my stay for the incorrect night which was not the hotel’s fault. I did not ask to change my reservation or request a refund. I was rather surprised at the lack of concern for my predicament. No conversation, just you booked the wrong night. I had to specifically ask if they had a room available which they did for a significantly higher price. We decided to make other arrangements. I visit here from time to time and would make reservations elsewhere due to the lack of customer service.

Staff was extremely polite and courteous. The hotel was reasonably clean but did have a coffee spill in the elevator that should have been cleaned up before the maid staff shown up the next morning. Some minor repairs were needed but nothing much.

Very nice large clean room, friendly desk clerk at check in, cheerful morning breakfast gal. Our room was on the back side of hotel overlooking woods, super quiet. Great nights sleep for both of us!
