Check-in was wonderful. Bedding, bathroom and extra towels were appreciated. Hotel was next to Rt 40 highway. There was noice you could not escape from our room at the very end of the first floor. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Hotel staff were very kind

No hot water

Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and As pictured. The problem we had was no hot water for showers and the toilet wouldn’t flush. When informed the lady when we checked out and she said that there is only one hot water heater for the entire hotel so maybe too many people were using hot water. (We took showers at 6:30)

Great front desk woman - evening/night shift!

Everything was good. The front desk woman who worked the evening/night shift during the week was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay the best. There is a loud side (road noise) and a quiet side. With a four-day stay, we switched to a room on the quiet side after the first night.

Facility and rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was very good and the staff excellent. The road noise was a bit extreme due to the windows not closing/sealing properly. Outside view shows damage on most all windows of hotel. Would stay again.
