I would advise avoiding this hotel at all costs. I book a 2 bed queen room for one night and upon arriving the hotel had oversold the rooms. They offered me a king bed and with a sleeper sofa. Tried to cancel room reservation but they said i'd be charged. Avoid bad business practices.

We were in town for a wedding about 20 minutes away. The hotel was perfectly average and what you'd expect for the price. It is adjacent to a soccer complex and there was a tournament going on so there were several teams of teenagers staying. This meant that there was lots of traffic in the lobby and hallways, and the waits for the elevators were terrible (kids holding for friends), but there's little the hotel could do about that. Our bathroom door didn't lock, but that's a quick fix when someone reports it. Price includes breakfast in the lobby. No restaurant but there is an Applebees across the parking lot. Perfectly average and pretty much what I expected at the price point.

Disability Room Issues

We had a good time at Home 2 Suites. As a disabled person I requested a room with a roll in shower. However, the built in bench in the shower was on the wrong end of the shower. It should be facing the shower. Not under the regular shower head. I couldn’t reach the water turn on and off dial or the soap. My brother had to assist me. So much for independence. Another recommendation place the soap and body lotion dispensers on the side wall of vanity instead of back by the mirror. How is a person in wheelchair supposed to used them?? The hotel is very clean and Maddie on the housekeeping staff was terrific.

We wete in Clermont for the Spring Tournaments. It was in walking distance, Applebee's and Zaxbys next door, lots of shopping close by. Downtown was great, Louisa Stae Park was great.

Not happy at all

We had to wait for our room to get cleaned before we could check in. They kept telling us 10 minutes.... The room was not what I expected. When I asked for a stove top they should have said it was just a hot plate. The room really was not cleaned very well! The sheets didn't fit the bed. The staff was friendly but forgetful.
