Staff were pleasant and polite. For a few, English language was minimal. My room was clean, and I easily received a few extra linens upon request. I had my dog with me, which required an extra nightly fee. My room had a wood-like vinyl floor, which was a new experience in a hotel. I put down towels to give a bit of cushion. The best thing was the ability to walk the complete perimeter of the building with my dog! The whole breakfast experience needs improvement. I stayed for four days, and the only thing that changed was a few different pieces of fresh fruit. Table tops were not wiped, and the floor of a lower level seating area was sticky, with little change over four days. Pillows and bed were very comfortable, air temperature was easy to control, and the black-out curtains were great.

Staff was great, but the room and hotel definitely need updating. Our toilet was broken and the staff was able to give us another room right away. However our son's room had bug stains everywhere. We also had to walk far for ice, because the one that was suppose to be close was gone.

We were on hotel #5 in 6 nights. Our expectations were low and our pockets light. From the second we pulled into the very well light parking lot we were impressed. We entered the lobby and were greeted by the very lovely Kristina. She was just getting ready to end her shift but greeted us enthusiastically! She was so cheerful and helpful. Recognizing the look of exhaustion on us she told us to take the elevator instead of the stairs; because it was close to our room anyway. She also encouraged us to take a cookie for our walk down the hall. When we arrived at the room we both said this is the nicest room we'd been in all week. As the sun shone in our window this morning we agreed it was the best nights sleep we'd had this trip. Breakfast was so impressive with tons of options: I appreciated the lucky charms and sausage and my friend was all in on the French toast. I even grabbed an oatmeal cream pie for the road. On our way out the door, I'm assuming it was the manager, was standing near the front desk. He greeted us and asked us if we enjoyed our stay. What a refreshing staff and establishment! The value was excellent! They really set us up for a great day to return home.

Wallpaper in the room was beginning to peel at the seams. Had a 2nd sink outside of the bathroom that was handy in morning routines. Breakfast had some nice selections. Pool was right next to the lobby- so smelled like chlorine in lobby & hallways.
