This hotel was going through a renovation of which I was not notified when I booked it through Hotels.com. The lobby & 1st floor were still under renovation, but it seemed that my floor (2nd) had been completed. My room was clean and updated with nice furnishings and finishings. Due to the renovation, the hotel offered To-Go breakfast bags or allowed me to eat at the very nice breakfast bar at the next door Hilton. The elevator was not operational but would soon be when that section of the renovation will be done. Other than being surprised by the renovation, the hotel was nice and I hope to visit again in the future.

They were in the process of remodeling, but were very accommodating in spite of all the construction that was going on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

They were doing remodeling here. So I couldn't have breakfast or use the lobby. Had to use a side entrance. Everything was fine and the staff was great and I enjoyed my stay. They did everything they could to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you

We stayed here in June 2025 and this was the worst hotel experience we had in years. We were told the pool was closed and they notified hotels.com and it was their responsibility to notify us. We were told our room was newly renovated and the floor we were on was under construction. What they failed to tell us was that the construction was in front of our room and the workers had to move things for us to get in. The smell of either paint or wallpaper paste was overwhelming. We had to buy plug ins to stand the smell. The noice was constant until the workers left at 7pm. When I requested another room as I was concerned the smell would trigger my family's migraines I was told the hotel was fully booked due to a Fed-Ex.conference and their rooms could not be split. Guess my money is not as good as Fed-Ex's. I washed for a partial refund and was denied. The puts at the front desk was absolutely worthless and needs some hospitality and customer service training. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn again. I would welcome a call from a manager to discuss further.

The vacuum had not picked up long hair or tags from new purchases in my room. very large room , nice shower, comfortable, well made up beds very nice breakfast with attentive friendly attendant
