Hotel needs a make over and maid service as well

This hotel charges 225.00 a night with no maid service, wall are very thin as you could hear every word other people was saying thought the walls. Holes in the walls in the hall way, elevator was freezing as if the a/c was on in it as it was 30 Degrees outside. Elevator was very jumpy as it was going up shaking side to side and up/down. Shame they are about the only hotel in town. When you ask for towels because no maid service and your shower leaked all over the bath room, you get pool towns the show a lot of wear and tear on them. for a Hilton property it was terrible

A bit of a disappointment

I really like Hampton Inns ...the bed linens, the breakfasts, and the decor. I was disappointed that there were no cups in the room. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod. Towels could be upgraded for softer ones. I will continue to use Hampton Inns as most of my stays have been excellent.
