Not as nice as it seems

I stayed in this hotel for one night while driving through the area. Our original room had an ac that wasn't working and had a puddle forming right next to it and the room didn't have a phone to reach the front desk. After getting switched to another room we found that the next room had a concerning dip in the bathroom floor giving the impression that there was damage in the floor beneath. There was also a splatter mark on the blinds of some kind of liquid. This room had a phone, but it didn't work. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good, but this hotel seems to be lacking is general maintenance. When I spoke to the front desk at my departure the attendant offered no solutions, only acknowledgment.

Hotel was not as clean as other holiday inn express hotels we have staying in, in the past. We needed more bath towels (only 2 in a room with 2 beds), they gave us pool towels. Indoor pool was cold. Hotel needs updated
