Needs a lot of improvement.

The room had features which were broken and poorly maintained. The toilet leaked 100% of the time. The flip over door lock was broken and needed replacement. The shower faucet was faulty - the hot and cold were backwards. Noisy AC unit.

It smelled like smoke at every level and even like weed. Traveling with a child, this is not a good thing to expose them to. Breakfast was bad as it did not look like it was welled prepared.

Dirty hotel

Did not stay. Hotel was filthy. Toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned in years. And there were cockroaches. You should not be offering such a dirty place. Very disappointing

Not great.

The day I checked in there were a few small roaches in my restroom. The toilet is lopsided and leans towards the sink, which was very uncomfortable. The humidity fan in tge restroom didn't work, so any time I took a shower the whole room got humid. I didnt see anymore roaches until Thursday. There was a big one in the restroom so I bought new toiletries and put them all in ziplocks. My fear is that they get in my luggage and take them into my home. Lastly the remotes to both tvs acted like the battery was dying but I swapped them and it was the same. I'm not typically a person to complain but I stay here often and this was a bad one for me. I took pictures but this app wouldn't allow me to upload the.
