When I returned to the hotel after attending a high school football game, my card would not let me in the door. After four trips back and forth to the lobby to get the card reprogrammed, the desk manager suggested that he give me another room. I use a cpap machine, so I needed to get to MY room, and also his remedy involved waiting until eight or nine o'clock in the morning when maintenance would come in to fix the problem with the door in my original room. I had a seven hour drive to go back home and was leaving at six in the morning. This is a ridiculous concept of problem solving, and you should do better maintenance on your doors to make sure they open when they're needed to open.
Roaches in the room. I've stayed at this hotel at least four times previously without major issues, but this time, you struck out.
