The guy working the front was extremely nice and was fast service. However when I walked into the room was greeted with a musty old smell. The air conditioner didn’t work great, was dirty in the room. Beds were clean. But the overall whole room needs a good scrub down. When showering you never knew what was going to come out of the water- my kids had to be prepared to move out of the way extremely fast because you were either scalded or froze- no happy in between that just stayed there and could stand in the shower. Older style that can use an upgrade for sure.

Poor staff, nobody at front desk on two occasions, tv broke in first room, had to move me. This place is old and run down, bare basics only. The coke vending machi d was empty of all product, shower water fluctuates hot and cold randomly. I would not stay here again.

We didn't even get to stay at the property, nor would they refund our money, due to a family being placed on Hospice. Cold-hearted people here who will take your money knowing you are going through a hardship with a loved one. If i ever head back out to Livingston, MT, i won't give this business a dime! You failed horribly in the customer service department.

On Expedia the rooms were priced like luxury nice clean hotel unfortunately the staffing is understaffed the front desk guy literally was doing everything from check in cleaning rooms taking trash out fixing a lock the room next to us had break the doors didn’t deal at all had a window shaker AC that made so much noise and didn’t blow cold air didn’t even blow cool air there was hair in the shower like nasty hair on the floor and walls disgusting room smelt funny and the best part the room literally had 3 doors 2 enter doors and a door to room next door that didn’t lock had to wedge a chair under handle to ensure we had some kind of security they advertise like they are a gem and part of Yellowstone I highly suggest you do not take your family especially young kids there

Spend the extra money and stay across the street.

I was told at check in that there was a “minor” plumbing issue. The bath faucet was on full force flooding into the bathtub and no possible way of showering. I immediately requested an alternative room but they were fully booked and said they shouldn’t have even booked that room for the night (it was a last minute reservation).

The bed was comfortable, but that's all i can was good. The room was musty smelling and the flooring was uneven and seemed warped. There appeared to be mold on the AC unit and around the bathtub faucet. Overall cleanliness could've been better as there was hair all over the pillows and bathroom. Definitely will not be staying here again.

room was great. outside not so much motel is wedged behind a mecican restaurant with giant dumpsters right outside our room. stunk to high heaven. and they emptied them at 6am. very loud.

The room it's self was bare. Nothing on walls . The protective cover on the mattress was torn there appeared to be dog hair on the sheets stains in the tub bathroom door stuck made loud noise once you pulled it open . The door to the outside of building looked as if it had been kicked in the frame was broken and you can see the outside through the gap in the door. The poor kid running the desk was nice but rushed through everything and the on site manager / owner I'm assuming was the most unfriendly woman were have ever met.

Rooms are gross. Bedding was dirty, floor was sticky, shower don’t work. The neighbors dog barked non stop for two days.
