The space
The well-appointed kitchen offers all necessary amenities for crafting delightful meals or quick snacks.

The bedrooms are cozy and welcoming, each thoughtfully designed with plush bedding and ample storage.

The property includes 7 private ensuite bedrooms, a bunk room, and 2 additional half baths, comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests. Every bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed for a restful and luxurious stay.

Please be aware that an additional guest fee of $40/night/person applies beyond the 12th guest.

With the exception of the bunk room (which has the 2 king size beds and sleeping mats), each room had its own private bathroom.

Fire extinguishers are strategically placed throughout the premises for emergencies, including the fireplace, common areas, and kitchen.

Ample parking space is available in the spacious carpark.

Through the large view windows, you can take in the spectacular views of Echo Lake and the surrounding mountains, or enjoy all from the private deck on the house. Enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, or unwinding on the private deck during the day. As evening descends, gather around the outdoor fire pit for s'mores and storytelling beneath the starry sky.

Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boat rentals right on the lake.

The property is located in the mountains. While the driveway is regularly cleared and access roads are freeway routes, we still recommend taking necessary precautions during winter months.

You're welcome to use the outdoor gas fire pit—please note that it is for gas use only and **not suitable for firewood**.

Guests have full access to our gym and sauna facilities for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

The Lakehouse is located directly on Echo Lake in Coalville.

Boat rides are available to guests during their stay at the Echo Lakehouse.

Watercraft rentals can be reserved directly through Echo State Park.

Your group exceeds 16 guests. Our property can accommodate up to 30 people. An additional fee of $40 per person, per night applies beyond the 12th guest.

You plan to bring pets. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee.

You have children in your group. Please note that playing in the mini waterfall and pond at the front of the house is not allowed. Charges may apply if this rule is violated.
