The balcony was very small, the view was of other buildings but the architecture is so much fun to look at it was delightful. The room was gorgeous, great fireplace. Great tub. All around perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Closer to a 3 star stay, certainly not a 4 star! The resort has lost its charm, quite a bit rundown. Pool was terrible, filthy, hot tubs not working, chipped concrete. Restaurants all were closed and housekeeping was VERY slow to deliver essential items.

The room was fairly clean and comfortable. The toilet literally shot out water when it was flushed. We were most looking forward to the spa and pool amenities. The co-ed steam room was not warm at all and smelled like an incredibly moldy old shower. The saunas were separated by gender which was very disappointing because we were there as a male/female couple for our anniversary. We decided to try the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not hot, the jets didn't work and the pool was disgusting.

They have terrible customer service in that it is non-existent. I tried calling multiple times over a billing issue and was hung up on. I tried to call Wyndham and they gave me an email to which it bounced back. They illegally charged my credit card and won't answer my phone. Never will stay here again.

We really enjoyed the rustic cabin feel, however did have to change rooms about 10p as the maintenance employee had left for the day and our room would only supply cold air, the room was 62 degrees. The front desk lady was great and quickly changed our room. We went to the Z restaurant and it was ok although the dining room is in absolute need of an update: The booths have duct tape on them to hide the wear and tear and is simply a bad look. For a higher end resort I would expect a bit higher attention to detail.
