We had a wonderful overnight stay and were upgraded to a very spacious suite. The windows were amazingly facing the waterfront. The balcony was nice. We had a quick dinner just to get back to spend time in the suite!

Water views were great! Free on site parking, downtown, also great. But the hotel really is a 3 star - very basics, no amenities, type facility that feels a bit dated. Didn't ruin our stay or anything, but I think any reviews saying it should be a 4-5 star hotel is misleading. Felt pricey for what it was, but maybe thats the nature of staying downtown on a June weeknight.

Hotel was great. Excellent staff, housekeeping, location. Acouple of issues. The AC was acting a little weird. Never stayed at the correct temperature. Another importamt issue is the noise level. We were on the street side. Early morning traffic was very loud. Their were people below either in the restaurants or street partying until 2 am. This was on the weekend, not during the week.

Great location, free parking, very clean. Noisy location at times - we had quite a lot of street noise. AC not built in - unit inside the room - very noisy. We arrived early, were told we would get a call when room ready. - didn’t get a call. Price point is better than most hotels on the inner harbour.

The front desk gentlemen, David, was very very helpful and accommodating. My son and I got in late from the ferries on motorbikes and he kindly processed us through, provided all the necessary info and went above and beyond to provide a complimentary room step up. A beautiful view of the harbour. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very spacious. I’ll be staying here again. Thank you very much David!!!

Great view and location

Perfect hotel, we got Two rooms one with the suite, the balcony and view over water was amazing. The setup was perfect for us, location close to so many restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!
