My family and i visited thos property it was great. My husband isnt big on borthdays. Fortunately Gustavo, an employee agrreed to help to do something speical. He decorated oir room, bought a small cake, with ballons, and a bottles of wine for us to indulge. It was perfect, especially because hubby doesnt like making a big deal of his birthday. Ghe kaxy river pool was amazing, and perfectly clean. The Dive Duck is great for drinks and bites for adults and kids. Overall it was everything we wanted and more. The quick walk to the beach made it even better!!! Thank Gustavo! We will be coming back!!

We were a little disappointed in our stay. The hotel was decent. It's old but parts are updated and it was fairly clean. We didn't make it to the pool area but it did look fun. The worst part was probably the thin walls. We were woken up around 445 am by some super loud and obnoxious guests. After about 45 min of it not stopping and being loud enough to keep us up, I finally called the front desk. They said they'd send security down and we didn't hear anything after that, so I do appreciate them taking care of things quickly. Breakfast in the morning had lots of food choices but nothing super great tasting in my opinion. Since we weren't super impressed with the place we were able to get refunded for the second night and we booked elsewhere closer to our where our flight was leaving from the next day. We were glad to not have another night there.

Enjoyed our stay just a few dislikes

We enjoyed our stay! The outside pool area, games, sand area for kids and TV playing movies for kids and funny videos definitely made up for the the few things that we did not like about the room. We got the King Suite which definitely spacious. The things i did not like was the dirty floors in our room, the broken phone, & the 2 rolls of left over toilet paper that was not changed out from the previous guests.
