The room was very nice and clean. Parking was great. We had a 1st floor room and 1st night the person above us was up all night and sounded like furniture was being moved, stomping of feet like they were going to come through the floor. 2nd night it started heavy stomping of feet but only lasted for short time. other than that it was convenient to everything and staff was very nice.

The listing is misleading in a few aspects. They have two different properties: a newer looking multi story building and an older motel style. When you book thats not clear and the only reason that it seems why some rooms are way more expensive is they say ocean view. We were surprised at the cost of the old motel rooms. The room smelled of mold, the bathroom was dirty, the closet door wouldn’t stay closed, the microwave didn’t work but they brought a replacement, and there aren’t enough outlets that work. Then we were surprised with a $10 per day parking fee. I’m not sure why they charge it. There’s parking all over the place and it’s nothing special.

We stayed here the night before we left on a cruise. Super convenient to Uber to the port. Walking distance to the grocery store for last minute essentials. They staff was so helpful when my son left his AirPods in our room after check out. Recommend 100%. The proximity to the beach was just a bonus.

Amazing view from the oceanfront rooms. Room was clean and AC worked pretty well. It would be a quiet place if it weren’t for the doors. It seems as thought every door has to be slammed in order to shut so it’s a little annoying during the day. I didn’t notice it much at night though. I would stay there again for the view and affordability.

Love the location. My wife and I watched cruise ships come and leave before our cruise on the 19th of October. Very friendly staff. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it will not be the last. 5 stars.
