We just needed a 1 night stay to wait for our cruise leaving the next day. The room was really spacey and clean. Its not a super fancy hotel but for the price it was perfect for what we needed. Was an easy walk to the beach and lots of shops and food places.

When we arrived, the power was out. No computers and a long line of people waiting to check in. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful. The room was OK; the bed was comfortable. The carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed as it smelled of cleaning products. Overall the one-night stay was OK, but we will not be back for another stay. There are better deals elsewhere. I am not sure what the $50.00 deposit was for and was not pleased that we were not forewarned when making our online reservati9on

First of all money was taken from my card before we even arrived. Nothing was emailed to me saying this was going to happen. I was under the impression that we would pay when we arrived! Also the hotel smelled like urine! Never coming back!

Very nice staff. Huge room/suite. Great sunrise view over the ocean. Not brand new but good enough and clean enough. Little coffee make worked. Clean shower with good water pressure. Very short easy walk to beach/ocean. Short walk to restaurants and short drive to hundreds more restaurants, couple grocery stores, and the cruise port.

The room was in disrepair and was filthy and smelled bad. The sheets on the bed were paper thin and the box spring was so gross we were afraid to lay down on the bed. There was a beetle in the bathroom and the shower had barely any pressure and only lukewarm water. If we hadn't arrived so late at night and every other room nearby wasn't already booked, we would have left immediately.

If only I could give this negative stars! Beware if you are just looking for a place to lay your head the night before a cruise. I expected a modest hotel but some reviewers said it was clean so I went for it. Bad idea! Dead bugs on sheets. Stains on sheets. Rusty old bathroom. I was afraid to sit on couch! Beyond stained. And the smell in the room. It was bad… I’ve never left a hotel before. We tried to check out 15 minutes after we arrived and went to check-in desk. No one was there. No one came for 20 minutes. We just left out keycards and left. I called hotels.com immediately after we left to see if I could get a refund. They said they had to call cocoa beach suites and get to the bottom of it. After they finally got ahold of the manager( shocker no one was picking up the phone) The manager lied and said they offered us another room. There was no one at the desk to offer us another room! And they denied our refund. What a terrible way to do business. Avoid this hotel!
