The condo was spacious, bright, and updated. The balcony received a lot of sun. The host was responsive and flexible. Nice amenities such as shampoo and conditioner in the shower and chairs and boogie boards to use on the beach. The only downside were the beds. They were all very soft (I think foam mattresses) and did not work for our adult (50) backs.

This place was super clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Rare to find a place with enough beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, so very much appreciated that these were provided. Would definitely stay again!

Check-in was easy and the condo is amazing. With the exception of 1 small issue everything work as expected. The condo had everything we needed to have an excellent stay on the beach. We appreciated the cleaning items available so we didn't have to run out to buy those (dish washing soap, dishwasher liquid, washing machine liquid, etc.).Nice to have the beach chairs and cooler available as well.Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Shower could have a little more pressure but it was fine.We had a small issue with the remotes for the TV in the main area. But it was resolved the same day.Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was pretty close to perfect! The property was exactly what we needed, nicely renovated, plenty of space, well equipped, perfect Cocoa Beach location. Natalie, our host, was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and responsive. We had a couple of small issues and maintenance was out quickly to fix them. The pool was nice, the easy beach access was awesome, balcony was relaxing, and the boogy boards were a hit. Plenty of towels and comfy pillows, lots of beach towels as well, and beach chairs that came in very handy. I had Walmart Plus deliver a grocery order shortly after our arrival and we were all set. Lots of great restaurants nearby and Publix was handy as well. One word of warning: the twin beds are extremely high (giant mattress with comfy topper, plus giant box springs); my poor sister (5’2” and in her 70s) needed a stepladder to get in and out of bed (she created a makeshift ladder out of pillows). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing Family Vacation in Cocoa

My wife and I visited family, and decided to stay in Cocoa Beach. So glad we booked with Spanish Main. The beautiful, spacious property is well-maintained. It's a fun, yet relaxing vibe - the other guests were friendly. The pool is perfect (and it's right n the beach, too!). It's close to great dining. Management was terrific - they checked in on us to ensure all was well, and answered all of our questions. It was the perfect choice for us, and we'll be back!

Spacious and Conveniently located

My family and I had a great week here. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships go by from the balcony. Spanish Main is right on the beach, which we loved. Watch out for the HOT sand on the walkway and the area around the pool though. We appreciated having access to beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels, and laundry machines. The pool was clean and enjoyable! The bedding is a little slippery, so you might want to bring your own blanket. Orlando is about an hour and 15 minutes from the condo, depending on traffic. Had a great time overall.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. 5 of us stayed and had plenty of room. The property has just the right amount of essentials for you. The view from the balcony is beautiful though it just misses the sunrise view unfortunately. Luckily it’s a quick walk to the beach for a gorgeous view. The condo is convenient to restaurants and stores. It is a bit from the pier and bigger hotel chains depending on what your preference is. Sometimes you can’t tell that on a map. We had rented a car so we were able to do most of what we wanted. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect family getaway

I can't say enough wonderful things about our family trip. We had three children with us, which can be challenging. The location came with a pack and play and items for the beach, which significantly assisted in our packing. The condo was lovely, the host extremely responsive, and they recommended some wonderful local entertainment, including a photographer who took our family photos on the beach. My kids can't wait to come back, and neither can we.

Great spot!

The condo has beautiful ocean views and overlooks the pool as well! Great location with easy access to Viera, Melbourne, and a short drive to Orlando! The condo has a very comfortable couch to lounge on, and comfortable beds for sleeping!

This property was great! It was just as the pictures showed. It was very clean and updated. We have stayed in many units at Spanish Main and this was by far the nicest. Very bright and not cluttered with a bunch of junk. Just what one needs. Will definitely book again.

The title floors need a deep cleaning this is mentioned to our contact and they will do this after our departure both toilets were a little loose on the base the king bed in the second bedroom mattress was poor. Lack of cleaning products in the unit, specifically toilet bowl cleaner.

Holiday getaway

Plenty of space for a family of 5. Was exactly like it was pictured and clean. Thought we would be closer to the pier to walk but it really wasn’t a big deal. The pier had free parking and there were plenty of spots this time of year (3 miles away). Our teens played volleyball there and we also found a pickleball court along the way. Enjoyed that every morning. Kennedy space center was just a little over 30 minutes away. Went to Orlando for day (about 60 minutes). Went grocery shopping the night we got there and unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Taylor was helpful and quickly gave us a solution (on a Sunday). She let us take food that didn’t spoil to another unit until they could replace it on Monday. Also paid to replace the food we lost. Our only negative was we could hear the people above us scooting chairs and dropping things on the floor at 11pm a couple of nights.

Thanksgiving on the beach!

The condo was large, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The location was ideal for visiting the Kennedy Space Center and was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach and pool were very nice and we even got to see a SpaceX launch one night on the beach! We would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay at Spanish Main. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities our family needed- beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, pool noodles and more. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away, and provides the perfect viewing grounds if you are fortunate enough to find yourself here for a rocket launch. It was the perfect distance to Kennedy Space Center. I would highly recommend this property and property manager for your next family vacation.
