The views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular. This unit is on the third floor / WALK UP/ with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a large living and kitchen area. Included are beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. There is plenty of parking but will need to fill out paperwork in advance for parking pass. The pass must be returned to avoid 50.00 fee
Perfect location walking distance to Grocery store and very close to restaurants, The Cocoa beach pier, famous Ron Jons and Cape Canaveral. There is a washer and dryer in this unit available for your use but no soap provided due to preferences. There is also a large coin operated laundry facility on premises for larger loads. This unit has been updated with all new stainless appliances, new tile flooring in common areas, new guest vanity and toilet, new paint 1/2024. Pool is heated.
