Bathroom was not clean. Found hair on the shower wall. Only 1 tiny shampoo bottle for 2 adults/2kids. Carpet was not vacuumed and dirty shelves. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Location was convenient.

I guess it wasn’t made clear that it was an extended stay hotel. So we stayed for 5 days and were given one roll of toilet paper and never got any new bedding or towels.

We stayed at this property while we attended my grandson's high school graduation. We've stayed at other places in Coeur d'Alene but this one was really excellent. The room was wonderful, the staff was friendly, and I will most likely stay here again. We didn't have our dog with this but it's a very dog friendly place as well.

Coeur d’Alene holiday.

Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet with a number of options. Only item I missed was a hand held shower head. Staff were very courteous.

I am disabled with a service dog and they put me in a roo on the 4th floor as far away from the elevator as possible. The shower, there was no bathtub, and no place other than the floor to put shampoo, etc. Plus after they said no other dogs on the floor there was one barking right across from the elevator.

We loved our room as it had everything we needed plus a large counter space for extra things we brought. The bathroom had rails in and around the tub so we did not slip. I would go again to this place.

We had a leak in our bathroom above our toilet and we had told the front desk. Someone came a took a look and said they would get us a new room the next day and have someone come look at it. It never happened. We talked to the front desk at checkout and they said we can give you a discount if you ever come back to the area. Poor customer service. I will never stay at their hotels again.
