This an older traditional motel property that has had a lot of tender loving care. The room has been remodeled with new carpet, bathroom and furniture. The walls are cinder block so you can’t hear your neighbors. The little pool looks nice, there is nice gazebo and large grassy area. There is not a lot of choices out here on the high plains, but you can’t go wrong with this place.

Staff were nice and respectful. Beds were awful and no blankets - only crummy bedspreads. We did check for bedbugs and that didn’t seem to be a problem. Will not stay there again.

This is a wonderful property. Clean, large comfortable room, comfortable bed, very inviting area atound the hotel. Breakfast was good with hot options. Easy check in/out. Highly recommend.

Water had too many nitrates in the whole town so I couldn’t drink the water. The hotel was cute and comfortable but it was a very basic cinder block room very small tv and no elevator

Home for a reunion

When we got to the hotel and got checked in, we went to our room and I could’ve sworn we were back in the 70s or 80s. The carpeting is not something you put your bare feet on. The bed was horrible. I don’t think we slept a whole hour the whole night.

Great spot to stay if visiting the Badlands

This was a classic motel with few thrills, however it was a good place to rest the head for the night when visiting the Kansas Badlands. I appreciated that they were pet friendly

Horrible

We stayed at this hotel because of the excellent rating. It was horrible, reminiscent of the Motel 6s of the 1980s. The shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned- not sure if the sheets were dirty or just stained. Decorating looked decades old. The room was non smoking but the balcony running in front of hotel rooms had a line of smokers. Very noisy. I hope this helps future potential customers. Don’t stay if you have a choice.
