The property overall is great. Clean and friendly. The only item is something you can’t change. The walls are very thin and everything can be heard several doors away and especially from the room above if you’re on the 1st floor.

Stayed for 2 nights for a fair price. Beds were pretty comfy, and clean. Location was good too, everything was about 5-15 mins away. The check in lady up front was very nice and friendly as well. Continental breakfast was ok. They did have Texas shaped waffles though! Plenty of parking and felt safe. Only bad thing that I’m sure every hotel has is you could hear everything going on outside, but no big deal.

Would not recommend to anyone!

Avoid! The walls are made of paper and so are the towels and sheets. You can hear everyone around you all night. This place needs a major upgrade and new linens, asap. Sheets are stained and towels are like sandpaper. There’s a gap in the door so light and noise are constantly coming in. Furniture is gross and damaged.

I didn't realize this is an outside entry hotel, so there is not really a lobby or any place for a group to hang out. We were there for a volleyball tournament and probably would have found somewhere else had we realized that. The hotel itself was clean; moderately updated; but very, very noisy at night with being outside entry only. Also, the breakfast is strictly continental and waffles---no eggs, sausage or anything else, so it was a little disappointing as well. Overall though, for the price, it's good for a quick stay or if you're on a budget. Having a fridge and microwave is great, and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Didn’t like the fact that if you are upstairs,you really do not get to park in front of your room. Not good if it’s raining & only have stairs…. No elevator!
