The room seemed clean but we found a cockroach on the wall by the tv. It was after 10 at night so we decided not to complain. Then, we paid extra for a late check out and the lady at the front said she was putting it in for us when we checked in. She was very nice but the next day we had hotel staff knocking on our door twice. I answered and told them kindly we had a late check out. Then about 10 minutes after that the front desk calls and says “Are you going to check out?” Again I said we paid for a late check out and the other lady when we checked in said she put it in the computer. Then when we did check out that same lady gave me an eye raised look and I asked where to put the key she just said over there and walked away. We didn't feel very welcome.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in College Station. Dirty, musty, old. Boxspring not covered and torn. Bathroom drain blew out while I was in the shower. The mattress was hard as a rock. Terrible breakfast with very little to choose from. Pass on this one.

Had to wait for a clerk to check in and again upon check out to get a receipt. No coffee pot in room was a big downer. The coffee at the front desk at 6 am was in a thermos dispenser but was lukewarm. They did make some fresh when asked. Didn’t like the bathroom sink arrangement but I know you can’t do much about that. Wouldn’t stay there again despite it being close to our family.

Room cleanliness was not great. Hair around sink and splattered mirror as if area had not been cleared. The bathroom was also not clean, hair and some residue in the tub, hair on the floor and toilet not wiped down. Bedding was questionable
