The hotel room had a lot of broken pieces and they took out $75 deposit fee. Of course you’re gonna put it back in my credit card, but I was afraid that they were gonna charge me for that which I don’t think they did but I had to reconfirm with the hotel, like three times like K this is broken hey that is broken. This came off. It was already off when we came over here then the breakfast it was just egg and bacon. I have never seen just egg and bacon in any of the hotels that included breakfast. The lady in the kitchen was super rude. She wouldn’t even fill up the syrup. It was just very I did not. I did not enjoy my stay.

1st off check in took over 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Room key didnt work at first. And the description said the room had 2 queen beds and a double bed. It was 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Which was inconvenient for our planning and comfort levels. They also never mentioned a $75 deposit. So for financial planning that would have been nice to know.

The hotel is located in a great area near plenty of resturants. Downsides:customer service could be better. Blood stains and long strandsof hair on the pillow cases.

We have stayed here a few times when in CS for a 7on7 tournament. It's convenient, safe, and clean. They are pet friendly, which is BIG for us!

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed nail clippings on the floor and a suspicious hair on the fold out sofa, and the bathroom door wouldn't close and latch, BUT...the room was bright and cheerful, very roomy, and the shower was amazing! Also, we were able to keep the temp of the room very cool, too, which is sometimes hard to do. So, all in all, it was a very nice stay. Thank you!

We travel to College Station at least twice a year for soccer tournaments. We prefer to stay at properties with full kitchens for obvious reasons. Due to the extreme heat temps in the area the State Cup tournament officials released a statement that all schedules were going to be updated to accommodate earlier times to prevent excessive heat exposure. Our game was to end about 2-2:215pm so I called the hotel and spoke with a gentleman at the front desk and asked if it would be possible to check in 45 minutes earlier or so and he understood and said it shouldn't be a problem because the rooms are usually ready an hour before but to call as we are heading that way on the day of. I do so and the woman that answered the phone was so rude and cut me off saying "there's a $75 early check in fee" I explained to her my converstation with her colleague earlier in the week and she didn't care. All I wanted was to check in 30-45 min earlier so my son could cool off and shower- how was $75 for less than 1 hour justified?! I still proceed to the hotel and upon checking in she is not friendly, dry and snippy. I sit down in the lobby to wait for 40 min for a room that's probably ready when another staff member approaches me in a very friendly manner and tells me my room is ready. I hear her tell the other woman that if the room is ready and guests check in within the hour it is okay to check them in. I won't be staying here again.

Broken Glass in the pool

The overall stay was good and the hotel is nice. However, our daughter cut her foot on a large piece of glass at the bottom of the pool. It was a significantly large piece of glass and we had to wrap her toe and foot from the cut she got swimming and took pictures of the glass and injury but the review app wont let us upload them for some reason, we were simply told they had been recieveing complaints about glass in the pool yet still let children swim in it.
