This is an older hotel. However the interior has been renovated and remodeled hence a more favorable rating. The exterior still appears outdated. Biggest complaint was a slightly detectable odor and a slightly noisy room air conditioner.

Front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful. The only real issue we had was that the mattress was caved in right down the middle so we literally slept squeezed into a hole. Room 161 is to be avoided!

The stay was ok property looks Like they are trying to upgrade but still need a work the linens on the bed has burn marks and the drywall in the bathroom had water damage and the bathtub was stained and every lampshade had multiple cracks or pieces missing

Room was very clean and the ac worked great. No excessive dust/allergens, was able to sleep comfortably. The beds are full size (not queen) so it’s a little on the smaller side. The surrounding area is very peaceful and you can easily walk to dining/shopping and it’s a short drive to A&M. Clean pool and lobby is stocked with incidentals such as food and medicine. Great place to stay on a budget without compromising on comfort or safety.
