Need upkeep!

Be aware that the Room quality is not maintained; the carpet doesn’t seem it has been cleaned; most of the outlets don’t work; the lighting is dim and some of the light fixtures are not operational. Bathrooms need to be updated: dim lighting and the towels are low quality, I went out to buy one from Walmart. Bathroom seat broken and when I reported some of these to the front desk they said it may not be addressed today so Hey if you want a cheap hotel then this is what you will get from a low end Wyndham hotel.

walked in and lobby smelled very clean. cookies at front desk 2 days we were there. very clean room. the only thing was a light was not working and wish they would have better quality towels. other than that it was a great stay. would book again.

When checking in I was overtaken by the musty smell, but when I got to my room I was impressed with the space and amenities. There was a mini kitchen area with a sink and a microwave. There was a window seat with pillows. The staff was very friendly. And accommodating.

This hotel was decent and the staff was great in accommodating us with all the issues we experienced. If you’re just looking for a good place to sleep one night its ok. Longer than 2 nights I would not stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt safe traveling and staying here as a solo female. Convenient to the highway for travel as well. The linens could use updating, as there were marks or spots that were worn thin. The mattress on the bed was excellent though. The mattress in the couch bed is a little thin but not terrible. Besides some minor updates, it was a decent place to stay for a few days with no issues.

I do not really make a review. But this time I think this time is really a must!! For awareness as well. To start with our room has a baby roach. Notified the front desk but she only said, I am sorry, no reaction after that. The bathroom has a soiled face towel still hanging on the shower curtain hanger, no shampoo, no conditioners, towels are very few the room is not well lit, no cable or netflix. No coffee maker inside the room. The TV remote has a very tiny crawling bug. So I am not even comfortable putting my bags on the desk under the TV. And, for what we paid for the night we could have stayed at a different hotel and have at least a satisfactory expression especially for my kids. Very disgusted with the baby roach, very unhappy customer. Will not go back for sure.

Clean room but not for us

The front desk clerk that was leaving was very sweet and it made up for the first impression of an extremely small parking lot, a shared parking with the motel next door. The front desk glass was being help up by tape and just felt slightly sketchy. The room was a good size and felt clean but the ironing board was attached to the wall and the walls were so thin, we could hear the conversation and tv in the next room. Booked based off of reviews but probably won’t book again.

My go to place!!!

I had a great stay at the Microtel hotel in College Station, TX as I always do. Bailey and the rest of the staff were so nice and professional!! I have stayed at this hotel about 4 times now. The rooms are super clean and reasonably priced. Have always gotten a good price through Hotels.com and Trivago.
