Bed bugs bit my husband and left welps on him within 30 minutes of checking into the room. We let the front desk know immediately and took pictures of the bugs. They were on the pillows in plain sight. I was not offered a refund or partial refund. They did move us to another room but the A/C did not work for half the night. The next morning my husband asked the front desk if we could have a late checkout due to all the issues we had and the lack of sleep. We were told 12 was the latest and 15 minutes before 12 (noon) we received a knock on our door and was asked if we were staying or leaving. When we said that we were checking out late and was told it was ok by front desk he told us we only had a few minutes to get checked out. I am not happy with the response to the bed bugs because we didn't bring them in and my husband showed the manager pictures of the bugs he said that one of them couldn't have been taken here at the hotel because the fabric didn't look like something they had here. My husband had huge welps and swelling on his arms and you could tell it was fresh plus we walked back to the room to show the manager and the bugs were still crawling around the pillows.
