Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I really appreciated the convenient location, especially how close it was to shopping areas. However, the noise level was a bit of an issue and made it hard to fully relax. Also, when I checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly, which affected my first impression.

There was duct tape piecing the flooring together, holes in the bathroom door that looked like a knife had been stabbed into it, the sink was cracked and there was a huge gap in the outside door. The rooms are suppose to be non-smoking but it smelled of smoke. I understand it's not a Hilton and you get what you pay for but I paid for a little better than this. I took pictures and would love to be able to post them.

The property itself was clean. The rooms were pretty gross.. there was a couch in the room that was torn up and had stains all over .. at that point, it's time to toss it. Both beds looked clean from a distance until u got close to the blankets.. looked like someone removed the popcorn ceiling above the beds..

Taking care of Mom

Staying with my mom who is undergoing cancer treatment at Jefferson Hospital. Front desk staff could be a little more friendly, and the grounds quieter. Other than that they are clean and the beds are comfortable. Offer a good breakfast!

For a non smoking facility me and the kids all under six smelled like we stayed in a casino. The staff was great and knew what we were dealing with. They allowed us to look at three different rooms to see if they all smelled like cigarettes. Unfortunately they were all similar in smell. All other hotels in area were sold out but maybe consider just making it a smoker friendly property so family’s with children don’t book.

I stayed here with my family for one night. The check-in experience was enough to sour the overall experience at the hotel. The representative, Christine, was immediately dismissive to a simple “hello, how are you”. As I do understand working in service can be difficult, we gave her the benefit of the doubt. We provided the name on the reservation and she responded with an eye roll and said “whatever give me is your id, sign this”. We simply walked away wishing her a good evening. The structures in the room such as the floor and door were damaged and covered with duct tape. I do not recommend this experience to anyone. I will be reaching out to management.

The room was filthy we literally sprayed and wiped down the room and the rags were black… the sheets and covers had markers stains on the like they just remade the beds and when we asked could the bedding be changed they started talking Spanish and getting smart… never came the next day to give new towels… the neighbors next door loved there so the dogs were barking all night just a complete mess
